What level of ballet do I need in order to participate?

Ideally, you are at an Intermediate to Advanced level, training pre-professionally or professionally. If you would like to join, but are more of a beginner, please reach out to Danielle via email and your previous ballet/dance experience at danielle.leeh@gmail.com

What if I can't make it Live?

Accepted Answer

No problem. You will have access to the session Replays! The Kundalini Yoga recordings you will have for life, and the Reimagining Ballet portion will be yours through January 31, 2025.

Why join for The Full Experience versus 1-2 days?

The Winter Lab is designed to take us deep and in an "intensive", condensed timeframe. Each day builds off of the last, while remaining unique in it's principles and modalities. For the most immersive and expansive experience, it is recommended you dive in with us for the full experience!

What if I haven't done Kundalini Yoga before?

Accepted Answer

No problem. Expect the unexpected, and to move in "weird" ways - this is not like other kinds of yoga, and will challenge our mind, body, soul. Bring a yoga mat, cushion, pen & paper, and a desire to meet + stretch your edges.
