This FREE training provides a framework for anyone interested in understanding the impact &amp; prevalence of trauma, &amp; how it affects wellbeing

*This is an online event on Zoom. A link will be posted and shared.*This program is free of charge and open to the public. Everyone is welcome to participate. This presentation will explore:<ul><li>the prevalence and impact of trauma on children’s brain development;</li><li>the Adverse Childhood Experiences Study (ACES) which first introduced us to the long-term impact that trauma can have on social, emotional and health outcomes;</li><li>what we must do to help children and families recover from trauma;</li><li>and what is behind many of the behaviors we see and how we can shift our perspective to serve children and families through the lens of trauma.</li></ul>The presentation sets the groundwork for future in-depth training opportunities.
