How does entry into the Cup Competition work?

Accepted Answer

Cult Cup allows each attendee to compete in any or all of the three categories: flower, concentrate and edible. Couples must enter as one competitor. Please have your own samples ready in 7 separate unlabeled containers, and proceed to the submission table between 4pm and 6pm.

How much do I need to bring for the competition?

Accepted Answer

Total entry amounts are as follows: flower = 7g (one per judge), concentrate = 3.5g (0.5 per judge), edible = 7 pieces. Please have samples ready in 7 separate UNMARKED containers. You will be assigned a number at the submission table, which you can then mark on your samples. Submit by 6pm latest.

Question 3

How does judging work?

Accepted Answer

Six judges (extra entry for safety) will first select their top 20 entries based on appearance and smell. All selected entries will move onto the next stage where they will be comprehensively judged over 8 weeks time. At the end of judging a winner will be crowned, and all scores will be released.
