Please join Sound Healer/Reiki Master Susy Markoe Schieffelin for a very special sunset Sound Bath on Venice Beach!Saturday, July 11th at 6:30pm on Venice Beach near Hurricane Street(please arrive at 6pm to find parking and secure your spot on the beach)$33 per guest Wear your favorite mask, bring a towel and cozy blanket, and lie back, relax, as experience a new level of serenity as you embark on an IN PERSON Sound Meditation Journey. Before long, you&#x27;ll find yourself floating in a state of deep relaxation as your tension and stress melts away.Based on ancient healing techniques, vibrations of sound work on a cellular level to recalibrate the mind, body, and spirit. These healing frequencies stimulate alpha and theta brain wave frequencies, balance the hemispheres of the brain, and promote deep rest and relaxation.**Please bring a towel or blanket to lie on.****Be sure to bring a sweatshirt and extra blanket in case it gets chilly at sunset****For sanitary reasons eye pillows will not be provided for this event - you are invited to bring your own eye pillow or eye mask****We are excited to be back together in person!! That being said, staying healthy and mitigating the risk of contracting COVID-19 will require your help!!
