I have a gift card - how do I register for a class?

If you received this class as a gift, please have your gift card available and call (919) 403-3663 to register and redeem. If you would like to purchase a gift card for a class please visit http://www.melinaspasta.com/giftcards/.

Where do I park?

There is a large parking lot in the complex  - you may park in any spot unless there is a sign indicating a reserved space. DO NOT PARK in reserved spaces. Please park perpendicular to the back building where Il Laboratorio is located.

Question 3

Is it possible to make menu substitutions for allergies?

Accepted Answer

We will do our best to accommodate food allergies but need to be contacted at least 7 days before the class.  Allergens used in the class: Dairy, Wheat, Eggs. We can leave the mortadella off a portion for any vegetarians.

Question 4

What is the minimum age for children to participate?

The Valentine's Day class is for 12+ only. We have many other classes with a minimum age of 8.

What is the cancellation policy

Accepted Answer

Classes are non-refundable; however, we can move your registration to a different date if you are unable to make it to the class (must give us 7 days notice). Rescheduling classes for less than 7 days notice only available if we can fill your spot from the waitlist. Email: hello@cookinglabnc.com

Question 6

Can I bring wine to drink?

Accepted Answer

You may BYOB and drink during the pasta tasting at the end of the class. No drinking is allowed during the pasta making portion of the class.

How much do we get to eat?

Typically, we have leftovers and there is plenty of pasta to eat. We usually eat around 90 minutes into the class so plan accordingly.

Classes are NOT held at the pasta shop. We have a new pasta making class kitchen - Il Laboratorio - located at 3101 Guess Rd, Durham, NC 27705
