Is it possible to make menu substitutions for allergies?

We cannot accommodate food allergies in this class.  Allergens used in the class: Dairy, Wheat, Eggs

What is the minimum age for children to participate?

Kid's are welcome! Children 8 and up are welcome with an adult (all children must be registered for the class separately)

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

All classes are non-refundable; however, we can move your registration to a different date if you are unable to make it to the class (must give us 7 days notice). Rescheduling classes for less than 7 days notice only available if we can fill your spot from the waitlist. Email: Hello@cookinglabnc.com

I have a Melina's Fresh Pasta Gift card - how do I register?

Where do I park?

Accepted Answer

There is a large parking lot in the complex  - you may park in any spot unless there is a sign indicating a reserved space. DO NOT PARK in reserved spaces. Please park perpendicular to the back building where Il Laboratorio is located.

Can I bring wine to drink?

Accepted Answer

You may BYOB and drink at the end of the class. No drinking is allowed during the cooking making portion of the class.

The class is sold out - how do I get on the waitlist?

If the class is full - register for the wait list and you will be contacted first for future classes or if anyone cancels for this class. The option to register for the waitlist is on the main event page - click the button "Join Waitlist" and follow the prompts.
