<h3>Toolkit for a Better CTE</h3>This is the first webinar of a series of webinars offered for free to South Central Coast CTE educators and counselors. The content will provide tools to CTE educators for online and onsite classes. Completion of all three will give 7 hrs of professional development. This webinar series is supported by cross-sector collaboration at South Central Coast: Advanced Manufacturing, Agriculture &amp; Water, Business &amp; Entrepreneurship, Energy, Construction and Utilities, Global Trade, Health, and Information &amp; Communication Technologies &amp; Digital Media.

The ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds is a highly desirable quality for global corporations and small local businesses alike. One in ten Americans is foreign-born and all our communities–urban, rural, and suburban–are growing more diverse. Career and technical educators need to prepare their students for success in a world that requires the ability to compete, connect, and cooperate on an international scale.
