What is the Refund Policy?

Refunds requests are available up to 14 days before the event. Eventbrite's fee is nonrefundable. Refunds will include the ticket price less the Eventbrite fees, which consists of the payment processing fee (2.9% of the total order) and the service fee (3.7% + $1.79) combined.

What if the event is cancelled or postponed?

If an event is cancelled or postponed, refunds will be for the entire purchase—that includes the ticket price and the Eventbrite fees.
