An opportunity for beautiful humans worldwide to gather to sing, meditate, move, cocreate, learn, and share a little piece of our lives.

Thanks to all those who attended these monthly recurring virtual gatherings in 2024! We're welcoming in the New Year with a special January 2025 edition, which will feature an exciting collaboration between sound artists and therapists Kristi Rogers (of Kirana Disha Music) and Ana Lucia Divins (of Divins Music), accomanied by percussionist Matt DeCapo (KC Kirtan Band), not to mention the collective!Basic information:The word "Sangha" is a Sanskrit word meaning "community" "organization", or "assembly". This series of monthly virtual gatherings is an opportunity to come together and lift our voices and hearts in sacred sound (mantras, medicine music, etc.), conscious movement, and meditation, with time at the end to discuss related news and events from our respective global communities.For this special event, we will (loosely) follow the below agenda:1. Intro - arrival guidance2. Conscious movement3. Interactive voice/sound activities4. ⁠Japa meditation5. ⁠Improvised therapeutic music/songs6. ⁠Kirtan chanting7. Closing discussion and prayerWhat would you like to experience in these sessions?Please note that this is not a class and is instead a true co-creation!
