Your support will bring lots of holiday smiles and cheer to families that has undergone Heart Transplant Surgery and the Donor Families of Ava’s Heart Foundation and Young at Heart Foundation. We are accepting cash donations (or if you can’t attend and still would like to donate) and all cash donations will be used to purchase toys and gift cards for the teens. Each cash donation of $15 and more, will receive yummy bites and bubbly, and an exclusive one of a kind Tote Bag designed by a local artist.
