How does Manifestation help me with my ADHD?

Manifestation is a tool that allows you to start to envision what you want in life. Instead of allowing our chaotic ADHD brains to lead us into chaos, Manifesting allows you to have a plan. This plan allows you to take action in the tiniest of steps toward a clear vision.

What is the template included?

We will be answering some great questions about your desires and dreams for the holiday season. Your template not only gives to a clear space to work but serves as a reminder of the baby steps you can take toward your goal.

What is body doubling?

Body doubling is a productivity technique where you work alongside another person, either in person or virtually (in our case virtually). This person, your "body double," helps you stay focused and motivated by their presence.

When is the body double session?

This week's body double session is on Friday, November 29th, 11 am- 12 pm MST. You will receive a separate email with a link to this session.
