How will I be assigned a role in the murder mystery?

Accepted Answer

You will be emailed your role and details directly. Be on the look out for your special role at the Grand Gatsby Speakeasy!

Question 2

What if I want to attend but not participate in the show?

Accepted Answer

You can attend and not be given a direct role, but all are expected to dress the part of the roaring 1920s and arrive by 5:30pm. Once the game begins, the expectation is to stay for the whole event.

Question 3

Who do I reach out to with questions?

Accepted Answer

You can email the Hector Foundation, hector.foundation2024@gmail.com, with any questions up to 3 days before the event. Questions that arrive after that cut off can not be guaranteed to receive a response before the event.

What is the menu?

Accepted Answer

The Stonecat will be releasing the menu as the event comes closer. We will be emailing out the menu and posting it on our Facebook page: Hector Foundation, as it become available. If you have any dietary restrictions or concerns, please let us know by 2/1/2025 so we can best accommodate you.

How do I leave a gratuity?

Cash gratuity would be appreciated and best

Will there be more to drink than wine?

Accepted Answer

Other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available at cash bar.

Will there be vegan or GF options?

Accepted Answer

Vegan and GF options will be available for each course, but you must let us know when you are booking your ticket if this will be requested.
