Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a water bottle and a mat if you have one! We have (limited) mats, props, and eye pillows available at the studio. If you would like anything else, please feel free to bring it.

Are we doing yoga?

Nope! You'll just get cozy and lay down so you can receive the healing of the sound bath.

Question 3

Do I need to be on time?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Please plan ahead so you can get there at least 10 minutes early. Late comers will not be admitted... it disturbs the peace and container of the sound bath.

What do I wear?

Anything you feel comfortable in! A lot of attendees come wearing yoga clothes or pajamas.

What is sound healing?

Accepted Answer

In short, sound healing is the use of instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit. It involves using sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release.
