Explore zero-proof cocktails through expert guided tastings and hands-on mocktail mixology workshops. Learn about non-alcoholic beverages, mindful drinking, and create delicious alcohol-free drinks with or without a shipped ingredient kit.

<h3>Learn how to bring easy mixology concepts to simple ingredients, creating sips so tasty you won’t miss the booze. Your Mixologist and Holistic Nutritionist host will show you how to use adaptogens and superfoods to add health benefits and exciting flavors to your mocktails.</h3><h3><br></h3><p>During this beginner-friendly class, we’ll whip up delicious mocktails that have the complexity and aesthetics of a cocktail, minus the booze.</p><p>Meet like-minded folks who want to make and enjoy non-alcoholic cocktails. This is a perfect afternoon activity whether you're enjoying Dry January, sober-curious, a mindful drinker or just want to do something new.</p>

<h1>How it works:</h1><p>- Meet other mocktail-curious folks for an afternoon of shaking up some delicious booze-free drinks.</p><p>-Participants will learn mixology techniques and flavor combining concepts. Your host will guide you through making two mocktail recipes. You’ll learn the health benefits of featured superfood and herbal ingredients.</p><p>Space is limited to 15 participants.</p>

<h2>A﻿bout the instructor:</h2><p>I'm Lila! I am a Certified Nutrition Consultant and workshop facilitator based in Oakland, California. I bring joy and connection to people around food and nutrition through my Public and Corporate Workshops. I love making nutrition and culinary information easy to understand and fun to learn through my recipes and instruction style.</p><p>I've been hosting food and beverage classes since 2012 with thousands of participants all around the world. I also work with companies like Google, Microsoft, and Amazon to bring team-bonding and wellness into the workplace.</p><p>I am so excited to make some tasty mocktails with you!
