GRDA's Ecosystems and Watershed Management Department is introducing a new program for residents within the Grand Lake Watershed to learn more about the watershed they live and recreate in and provide them tools to help make a difference. Join us for one of our informational workshops and learn how you can Guard the Grand!

The Grand River Dam Authority is hosting FREE one-day workshops for science educators in the Grand Lake Watershed.

The Grand River Dam Authority is hosting FREE one-day workshops for science educators in the Grand Lake Watershed. Come learn from professionals about watershed science, water quality issues, and how to incorporate water science into your classrooms.Workshops are from 9 - 4 with lunch provided.Fourth grade teachers in the Grand Lake Watershed will receive a lesson plan focused on the watershed they teach in. Other teachers within the Grand Lake Watershed (see map) qualify to apply for a sub-grant of up to $5000 to implement a school-wide program or installation of a rain garden or rainwater harvesting system!
