What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund up to 21 days before the date and time of the event. Cancellations made 21 days before the event will incur a 10% fee. Cancellations made within one week prior to the event will result in no refund issued.

Where should I stay?

We recommend staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton (4250 N Campbell Ave, Tucson, AZ, 85718), located within the St. Philips Plaza, which is a short 10-minute walk from the CEAC facilities.

What discounts do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer discounts for students, UArizona affiliates, Arizona residents, and members of federally-recognized Native American tribes.

Question 4

Do you offer a student discount?

Accepted Answer

Students get a 60% discount. Please contact us with proof of enrollment at an accredited university.

Question 5

Do you offer a discount for University of Arizona affiliates?

Accepted Answer

UArizona affiliates can receive a 30% discount. Please contact us with proof of employment.

Question 6

Will the presentations be available after the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the presentation slides will be made available after the event.

Question 7

What does the sponsorship entail?

Accepted Answer

All sponsorship tickets include two attendees. Sponsors will be featured in our advertisements and will have the opportunity to give a 5-minute presentation to the attendees. Sponsors with a display will be provided with an exhibitor table during our scheduled breaks for networking.

Question 8

Is there free parking located on-site?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is plenty of free parking available at the entrance of the CEAC.  We will provide a map to specify details of where to park for in-person registrants.
