Winter 2024 Quarterly Meeting/Holiday PartyJoin us in celebrating another successful year of well-applied Building Science. This quarterly meeting will feature a presentation on LaMora Senior living in Yonkers where we will dive deep into the execution of a fully modular passive building.LaMora Senior living is a 60 unit Phius-certified building that was recently completed in Yonkers. The building is completely modular which presents unique challenges in the design, construction and quality assurance process of such a large building. Hear the successes and lessons learned from the design team themselves. This event will benefit architects, builders, and developers of prefabricated buildings as well as any individual interested in networking within the local Passive House community. Entry fee includes dinner and drinks. Space is limited and advanced registration is required.$10 Members*$15 Non-members*Paid Phius Alliance National member with New York selected as affiliate chapter.
