No, this is a peer-to-peer support group. While the experience may have a therapeutic effect, we are not licensed professionals and all advice shared is solely based on empathy and personal life experience.

This support group is part of the MBM Inc. Wellness and Community Program. Facilitators are volunteers.  While this group is free, donations help us to grow, further our reach, and have a greater impact on our community. Donations are appreciated and will help us make this a local &  in-person group

I'm not a mom, can I join?

YES! This is a safe space for black women in general. Mothers, sisters, aunties, and friends are all welcome :)
