Gather in community for a transformative experience that combines a Cacao Ceremony with A Yoga Nidra Sound Healing Meditation, designed to rejuvenate your spirit and align your intentions with the universe. Drinking cacao opens the heart and enhances emotional well-being, while the soothing sound healing session helps release stress and foster deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra takes you into a profound state of meditation, allowing you to visualize your intentions and manifest them with clarity and purpose.This unique blend of ancient practices offers a holistic approach to personal growth, helping you to start the year with renewed energy, focus, and positivity. Embrace this opportunity to connect with the YĀM Healing Arts (YHA) community and invest in yourself for a fulfilling year ahead. YHA provides yoga mats, blankets, and cups for the session, but feel free to bring any items that adds to your comfort. In addition, I invite you to bring symbols or pictures of your intentions and place them on an altar for a blessing or you can simply keep them near your mat.Cacao, known as the "Food of the Gods," is not just a delicious treat but a sacred medicine that has been used for centuries to unlock the heart's deepest yearnings. As you sip on this light &amp; creamy chocolate beverage, you'll find yourself more open, receptive, and connected to your true self and the vibrant community around you.The session will be further enriched by the soothing vibrations of sound healing. Meet Kasen -A facilitator helping you on your healing journey toward inner peace and living a more joyful &amp; aligned life. Kasen brings a unique blend of experience in sound healing, cacao facilitation, and yoga as well as additional training in biofield tuning and quantum human design, all crafted to assist you in reconnecting you with your true self. Kasen’s journey to wellness began 20 years ago working in the luxury spa industry, but it was a pivotal moment in 2019 that took her deeper into her own introspective journey for joy which involved a lot of healing and work with various modalities.  This path led her to the profound impact of sound healing, cacao rituals, and the practice of Yoga Nidra. Kasen’s approach is rooted in the belief that when you are connected to your heart, the path to joy is easier to see, but it may take some deeper inner work &amp; healing to live your aligned life.  Through sound healing, cacao ceremonies and Yoga Nidra, Kasen gently guides you to connect with your heart &amp; body, to release what no longer serves you, and to set intentions around your heart’s desires. Sound vibrations and cacao do the rest.
