Join me Sunday 15th December for yoga, pizza and wine nestled amongst the vines at Four Winds Vineyard.

As the year is coming to an end, grab your friends, family or work colleagues for a morning of stretching, flowing, relaxing and indulging at Four Winds Vineyard. From 10-11:30 we will move gently through a yoga flow perfect for all abilities, including a soundbath and relaxation. Following our yoga flow we will gather around the tables for amazing woodfired pizza and a glass of wine of your choice. (Alternatively, just come for the yoga and pizza and skip the wine, please message for details)**Please note, GF base and vegan cheese will incur an additional cost which is payable on the day of the event. A great gift experience, catch up with your friends or end of year function idea. Looking forward to flowing with you amongst the vines!
