In this FREE yoga class offered by Keystone Yoga and Kerby’s Nursery, we'll welcome the arrival of the summer solstice and celebrate Keystone Yoga's third anniversary! We'll flow through the sequence of Sun Salutation A 108 times with breaks in between. Join us to begin the longest day of the year with yoga in the garden.
Please bring your own mat and water to drink. The class will take place on the boardwalk in the Nursery; feel free to bring a towel to place under your mat as well. You may visit Virtual Tour – Kerby's Nursery (kerbysnursery.com) for a video of the Nursery and the boardwalk.
Arrive by 7:15 am to get parked, checked in, and find a space on the boardwalk for your mat.

Sun Salutations generate heat in the body, activating Prana, or energy, creating a holistic experience.

Our 70-minute class offers modifications for all levels, ensuring a safe and inclusive practice. Active yoga poses and breaks provide moments to rejuvenate, making the experience accessible to everyone. We recommend hydrating in advance to optimize your practice.
