This is my first time doing Breathwork Detox. What should I expect?

I'm SO excited for you to experience your first session! The most important thing is to come with an open mind and no expectations! Be ready to release old habits, patterns, and negative thought loops. Remember, we are only breathing and the breath can never harm you!

How Should I Prepare?

Accepted Answer

Wear comfy clothes. Avoid wearing makeup (eye makeup specifically). Don't eat 2-3 hours before the start of the event. If you must eat something to stabilize your blood sugar, please make it something very light. It will impact your session. Come with an open mind!

Question 3

What Should I bring?

Accepted Answer

You will want a yoga mat or somewhere comfy to lay down on your back. You will want a blanket and/or layers of clothing because body temperatures can change quickly during Breathwork. Eye masks and headphones are great and can help deepen your experience, but they are not needed.
