What do I need to bring?

Please wear comfortable workout clothes that you can move freely in, free of zippers and hard plastic. Please remove all jewelry. Please bring a water bottle and optional is a towel!

Do I need any prior experience?

No prior martial arts or self-defense experience is necessary! We know that trying something new can be very scary and daunting but we welcome you & thank you for letting us be a part of your journey. New classes are always fun with a friend! Please feel free to bring a buddy (must purchase ticket)

Is there parking?

There is a free parking lot as well as ample street parking that is free and without time limits.
