tea & yoga.

In partnership with wonderful friends &amp; neighbors, Cambridge Naturals, we invite you to join us for a night of restoration and mindfulness @ Narrative. The goal of this class is to provide tools &amp; a supportive space for finding a sense of home within our bodies through linking breath to movement &amp; calling presence into the act of drinking a cup tea. Options of green tea or herbal blend will be provided.Guests are encouraged to BYO yoga mats but there will be a limited number on hand if needed. You will be guided by:Vicki Sargsyan moved to the U.S. from Armenia at the age of 11 and has been involved in the herbal community for the past decade along with being a part of the Cambridge Naturals team for over 9 years. She's been practicing yoga since 2012 and completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2014. She credits yoga with allowing her to cultivate awareness around her thoughts and body and strongly believes in its power to connnect people to themselves. Vicki organizes events throughout the city and has a passion for creating spaces for people to learn and come together.Sliding scale tickets available for accessibility. $5 credit for in-store purchase @ Narrative and coupon for Cambridge Naturals included with ticket- Narrative credit must be redeemed within 1 purchase on the night of the event.
