Free one-hour, outdoor yoga classes in the park is presented by Breathe Yoga and Wellness Center.Open to all ages and levels of experience, and features certified instructors.BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) and any other accessories you would like to use.Participants are asked to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated, as water will not be provided until further notice.Held the FIRST SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH THROUGHOUT 2024 AT 9:30 AM. Classes meet at Bayview Park on the dock directly adjacent to the dog beach following the monthly schedule of:January 5th, 2025February 2nd, 2025March 2nd, 2025April 6th, 2025May 4th, 2025June 1st, 2025July 6th, 2025August 3rd, 2025September 7th, 2025October 5th, 2025November 2nd, 2025December 7th, 2025TIME AND MEETING LOCATION SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON WEATHER AND SPACE AVAILABILITY, check Facebook event discussion board for updates.
