He will be interviewed by Class of 2013 alumnus, Kamalika Gangoly, who is a Management Consultant at Deloitte.In this episode, Prof. Anupam Das takes us on a freewheeling discussion about a variety of communication new-normals such as;- his take on business communication in the COVID era as board meetings, client presentations and even chai breaks are taking place over Zoom- the importance of intrapersonal communication when people can no longer depend on family, friends and acquaintances for social interaction- the judicious use of social media platforms and its impact on mental health given it has become our go-to medium to express ourselves- with all our interactions going virtual/online, how computer-mediated communications can become very highly personal and have advantages over traditional face to face communications- his recently published book on business communications following a problem solving approach.This event will be streamed live on Youtube.
