Join Reuben every Thursday from 10am -11am at Zen Den yoga studio located inside Mind Body Medicine of Florida, for Traditional Chen Style Tai Chi which is a low-impact, slow-motion exercise that has been called meditation in motion. This gentle exercise continues to gain interest from practitioners and researchers for its health benefits.Reuben's teaching approach reflects Master Yan’s philosophy of fostering a Tai Chi family, where students support each other's growth and leave their egos at the door.
