Family fitness fun awaits! Join us every first Saturday of the month for a family bootcamp and yoga class. All ages welcome!

Join us for our Family Fit + Flow event every first Saturday from 11PM-12PM! Kid's smoothie are avaible for purchase in our vegan cafe for a discounted rate of $6. These must be ordered BEFORE the class begins!Theme: Boot camp and yoga mash-up Itinerary: <ul><li>5 minute warm-up</li><li>25 minute bootcamp: get moving with squats, pushups, and jumps</li><li>5-10 minute yoga flow: stretch and cool down with poses like Warrior II</li><li>Delicious smoothies and plenty o' eats at Nourish Wellness Cafe right downstairs!</li></ul> Smoothies contain:<ul><li>Banana as the base</li><li>Choice of 1 additional fruit: banana, blueberry, mango, pineapple, strawberry</li><li>Choice of vegan milk: almond, coconut, oat, soy</li></ul> Parents are welcome to participate but they are not required to! Smoothies are discounted at $6 (normally $9). If you would like a smoothie, let the staff know BEFORE class begins. You can let the cafe staff know on your way in or send us an email!
