This fee will reflect the actual costs incurred by HFM due to your absence.**Who Can RSVP:** This event is open to patients with a bleeding disorder and their immediate household family members only. Please be sure to complete the RSVP form in its entirety. Incomplete forms will be cancelled. **Event Attendance:** Attendees must arrive by **9:30 a.m.** and remain for the full duration of the event to participate.**Parking Information:** Parking is not provided. Please plan accordingly. Educational Presentation Sponsored by Sanofi.After, we’ll hop on over to the Gaylord National Harbor and enjoy complimentary tickets to the show *Cirque: Spirit of Christmas*, followed by admission to *ICE! featuring A Charlie Brown Christmas* – a dazzling, immersive holiday experience that brings the beloved story to life. (Tickets provided by HFM).

will learn about ALTUVIIIO: their new replacement therapy for hemophilia A. This presentation will also include a first-hand experience from a patient.
