Endless Editionspresents the first ever VirtualBrooklyn Art Book Fair(V-BKABF), a comprehensive online book fair dedicated to supporting independent artist publishing during the Covid-19 outbreak.Peruse the fair map to discover vendor’s tables, add items to cart with a convenient single point of sale, drop into Zoom rooms to chat with exhibitors, and enjoy interactive public programs.Since its founding in 2017, the Brooklyn Art Book Fair has worked to prioritize underrepresented and emerging artists. Inverting the typical fair model, BKABF has lowered the barrier to entry and increased visibility for small or under-resourced publishers by providing tables and space to exhibitors free of cost.In choosing to digitize the fair, rather than delay or cancel it, we continue our ongoing commitment to provide economic relief to artist publishers. With fairs being called off and storefronts closed, V-BKABF acts as a new platform to support this creative community in continuing to deliver vital cultural narratives and being equitably compensated.

Brooklyn Art Book Fair

Join us at 6:30pm on Friday, June 5 as Poncili performs an improvised set of puppetry inspired by the texts received in the chat, which are read aloud as they are posted. Tune in to witness an exquisite corps in the making with the option become part of it a click away.  This is the latest show as a part of their “Inside Broth” series of speculative rituals.
Poncili Creacion is a task force that focuses around the creation of foam sculptures they call objects. These Objects created to be manipulated by the human body or parts of it, some as small as a coin others as large as cars, are tools for creating whimsical power that stains reality. Their art practice has been an exploration of how they can build communities and harvest resilience among the people they impact using their objects as a catalytic.
