EN: Join our wild plant hike with meditation and walking lunch! During the first part of the hike, we will make you discover several edible wild plants, their effects on your health and the way you could cook them. In the break, we will serve plant tea and cookies. In the second part of the hike you will participate at a group meditation aiming strengthen your awareness and your connection with the nature. After the hike we will have a walking lunch and make you try meals cooked with wild plants. For the lunch, the participants are asked to bring their own cups, spoons, and bowls! The number of the participants is limited to 20 according to the governmental guidelines!
