This Kundalini Activation and Sound Bath workshop, we are coming together to integrate the energies of recent 11/11 portal and find harmony between steady, earthy values of Taurus and the intense, mystery driven energies of Scorpio. Structure:✨Welcome and Introductions✨Cacao Ceremony and Intentions✨Immersive Sound🎶 Bath✨Kundalini Group Activation✨Integration✨Closing CeremonyAs we gather together, we'll begin by aligning our energies as a group, creating a powerful collective vibration and then participate in a cacao intention ceremony (optional participation).Ceremonial Cacao, known for its heart-opening properties, may facilitate the release of emotions and heart chakra blockages, allowing Kundalini energy to flow freely. This sacred ritual not only grounds and centers, calming the mind, but also readies the body for the potent energies of Kundalini Activation. By blending a cacao ceremony with Kundalini work, you might unlock a profound pathway to spiritual growth and transformation.🚨 IMPORTANT: The cacao will be prepared with coconut milk, cinammon, cardamon and maple syrup. If you have allergic reaction to any of these ingredients, please let the hosts know about it.Then Chris and Diana will take you on a transformative journey of a meditative sound bath. Through the use of various instruments like gongs, handpan, singing bowls, tuning forks, and chimes, they will target your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual bodies. Experience deep healing as stagnant energy is cleansed and the flow of prana through your chakras and auric field is enhanced. Prepare to be attuned and relaxed for the Kundalini Activation.You will then be immersed in high vibrational field. Both Chris and Diana will work individually with participants, facilitating the free flow of energy within their systems. The effects of this energy and transmission may vary for each individual, ranging from emotional catharsis to vivid visuals and states of bliss. There also will be playing high frequency customized music set for the hour to support the journey.What you'll need for class:☑️ Yoga mat☑️ Comfortable clothes☑️ Water Bottle☑️ Blanket to stay warmer during sound healing (and optional pillow to support your neck. It's common for your body to drop temperature during high vibrational healing sessions.To prepare:Remember to stay hydrated before the class. Avoid consuming alcohol, meat, poultry, fish, and heavy foods 24 hours before the session. Try to avoid eating and consuming caffeine within 3 hours before the session. It's alright to have fruit, green tea, and ceremonial grade cacao as alternatives. To fully embrace the ceremony, it's recommended to abstain from alcohol or recreational drugs beforehand. Your safety and well-being are our priority on this transformative journey. Start Time:Your time is valuable and we value your participation in our immersion. Doors open at 7:15 pm and we encourage everyone to arrive at least 15-20 mins prior to our start time. We begin promptly at 7:30 pm.
