What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time to allow enough time for parking and boarding the shuttle bus. This is a ticketed and timed event, and slots will not be held for late arrivals.

Lap Children (Ages 3 and Under)

Lap kids are free with a paid adult ticket holder. They sit on an adult’s lap during the wagon ride unless extra seating is available. They get the entire experience: Santa and reindeer visits, cocoa and a treat. Adults can use their free included photo with their paid ticket for their child.

What should we wear?

Dress warmly! You’ll be inside and outside during the event, and while the wagon has a cover, the sides are open. We recommend winter clothes, boots, hats, and gloves to stay cozy.

Where is the parking?

There is no parking at the event site. Please park on the street or at the Grand Canyon Veterinary Hospital parking lot at 23 Water St, Wellsboro, PA 16901. The shuttle will transport you to the event.

Can I buy tickets at the event?

No, tickets must be purchased in advance online through Eventbrite. Availability is limited, so we recommend booking early to secure your spot.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The event will be held rain or shine. In the case of severe weather, we will notify you of any changes via email.

Is this event accessible for wheelchairs or strollers?

What’s included in each paid ticket?

Each paid ticket includes a free printed photo with Santa, a visit to the live reindeer exhibit, hot cocoa, and a holiday snack. All guests, including lap children, can enjoy treats, reindeer interactions, and a Santa visit. Additional photo prints are available for purchase.

Can I change my booking or get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable, but you may reschedule your date/time if slots are available.

When can I pick up Add-On Items?

Accepted Answer

Items purchased with tickets, such as Antlers, Shirts, and Hats, can be picked up on the day of the event. Additional items will be available for purchase on-site, while supplies last, for cash only. However, tickets will NOT be sold at the event and must be purchased in advance online.

Where is the shuttle bus pick-up location?

The shuttle bus will pick up all attendees at 3 Central Ave, Wellsboro, PA 16901, at the corner of Central and Main Street. Please arrive 30 minutes early to ensure a timely departure.

What to expect?

Accepted Answer

Your experience will last about 1 hour and 15 minutes at the farm. Enjoy a 15-20 minute horse-drawn wagon ride through Mistletoe Village, where you’ll hear the tale of a perilous Christmas Eve. Then, spend time at the live reindeer exhibit, meet Santa, and enjoy hot cocoa and a treat.

Can I buy the lap seat ticket alone?

No, you will be automatically refunded. Lap children seats must be purchased with paid adult tickets, at the same time.
