Bonjour! I’m Estelle Tracy, achocolate sommelier and food writer based in Chester County, Pennsylvania. My chocolate journey started with the37 Chocolates challenge: in June of 2015, I committed to sample 37 US-made chocolates by my 37th birthday that Halloween. The life-changing journey revealed my passion for craft chocolate and the people behind these bars. I now create chocolate tasting events to share the diverse flavors of my favorite food.

Follow me on a trip to Colombian cacao plantations... without leaving your couch! Price includes three full size chocolate bars.

This chocolate tasting was inspired by my trip to Colombia last year. It will pay homage to the diversity of Colombian cacao.You’ll be discovering quirky facts about life on cacao plantations (spoiler: farmers may not have running water, but they have Whatsapp on their phones), watch short videos about cacao processing, and eat through three single origin chocolate bars.Your ticket includes three full size chocolate bars by Castronovo Chocolate (a $36 value), a cacao bean, and a 2-hour tasting. Important notes:- Tasting open to US addresses only.- The chocolate bars are soy-free but not dairy-free. Please let me know if you prefer getting a vegan option.- I will contact you after ticket purchase for a mailing address. - Please order your ticket by Friday, May 29, to allow ample time for the bars to arrive.- Please email me with any questions or concerns.
