Care about the future of College Park? The City is holding public focus groups to hear your ideas on its 2021-2025 Strategic Plan. Join us!

The City of College Park is working on our next 5-year Strategic Plan for the City... and we want YOUR HELP! Our goal is to capture our residents&#x27; feedback to ensure we understand where you see College Park in the future.We are holding six virtual public focus groups to hear your thoughts and perspective. Each focus group will have eight participants; to participate, you must register for a spot. To Register for the focus group on June 20th from 10:15-11:30am: Click on the REGISTER button at the top of the page. Survey completion is required for registration. Please note that the survey is confidential and will be used to compare participants demographic information to the entire College Park population. Recently, the City conducted a Community Survey to capture the current feelings about the City, therefore, this session will be thinking about the future we want to build in College Park. Each person will have an opportunity to share their thoughts.Due to COVID-19, we are conducting virtual sessions. We will be sending virtual meeting information to everyone the day before the session. By registering for the event, you agree to allow the City to email you in regards to this event. The session will be conducted using Zoom so please ensure you have it downloaded and working so we may maximize our time. Thank you in advance.2) How do I cancel after I have RSVP&#x27;ed?Please return to EventBrite and cancel your RSVP through the site. If you have issues, please contact the City at strategicplan@collegeparkmd.gov and provide your Name and Email Address to cancel your reservation. As it is important that we fill these sessions, please let us know ASAP so we may have the ability to fill the spot. We appreciate it greatly.3) When will I see the final plan?The City will be spending most of 2020 creating the Strategic Plan utilizing this information as well as more, see <a href="https://www.collegeparkmd.gov/strategicplan" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">our website</a> for the total process. The plan will be shared at a Public meeting near the end of the year or beginning of next depending on delays due to COVID-19.
