No standing around hoping a recruiter notices you. Every team in the room is hiring, and they come to pitch to you.
How the night works:
- First: five-minute pitches from CTOs and hiring teams
- Then: talk to the teams you liked. You'll already know what to ask.
- All evening: food and drinks, on the house

Usually 3 to 6 hiring teams take the stage. We'll send you the lineup before the event. Can't wait? See who's coming at outgeek.org.
Who it's for
Mid-career and senior women in tech, ready for their next move. A few entry-level tickets are available too. You won't be the only woman in the room. Guys, you're welcome too, and relax: you won't be the only woman in the room either.

Most tickets are free. The last 10 are paid and help cover our team on the night. Can't make it? Cancel so someone else gets your spot.
