How much is the class?

$5 per person per class. However, if you attend all 4 classes in the series, you will be reimbursed $20 at the end of the last class.

This class is intended for anyone looking for the following: cooking tips, nutrition knowledge backed by scientific evidence, a deeper understanding of the connection between diet and disease, and economical, delicious, and healthy meal ideas.
