Is a parent or guardian required to stay for the party?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Please make arrangements for at least 1 adult to remain inside the store for the duration of the child's attendance.

Question 2

May siblings attend the party?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We ask that you select an add-on ticket (free) for each sibling that will attend the party. This way, we can ensure refreshments for every child in attendance. Also, one  Dog Man: Big Jim Begins  purchased from The Haunted Book Shop comes with 1 party pack. Extra packs will not be available.

Question 3

May my child take a picture with Dog Man?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We ask that a parent or guardian be present to take the picture. All children in attendance may join the photo line.

Question 4

What happens if I arrive late for our designated party hour?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, late arrivals will not be given extra time in the party space. The first session begins at 3pm and the second at 4:15pm.

Where should I park?

Accepted Answer

Parking downtown is plentiful. Street parking is free on Saturdays--no need to feed the meter. Also, several paid lots are available, with the largest lot located across Joachim from our shop. Access this lot via Government Street or Conti Street going west.

Is a reservation/ticket required for entry?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As we expect this event to sell out quickly, we encourage you to reserve your copy of Dog Man: Big Jim Begins today. Purchase of that book from The Haunted Book Shop is your ticket to the Dog Man Hero Party.

Question 7

Do parents need tickets to the party?

Accepted Answer

No. Your child's ticket is your party access. Remember, at least one adult must stay in the store while your child or children are in the store.
