I am new to yoga, can I still join?

Of course! All bodies are welcome. You can go at your own pace and customize the class to the level that you feel comfortable.

Are guys welcome?

Yes! If you know Yama Yoga events, you will know that YY retreats are often women-centric. However, this glow in the dark class is welcome to all genders :)

Question 3

Will there be a black light and will it be flashing?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the black light is what makes the glow in the dark possible. The flashing is what adds to the energy of the event. If this does not make this doable for you, no worries, there will be more YY events in the future - stay tuned!

Question 4

Will glow in the dark paints be provided?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Feel free to bring your own. However, glow in the dark body paint will be provided for everyone. It's washable and safe!

Question 5

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

The more skin means more surfaces to paint. Also, white is awesome for glow in the dark as well as neon colors. Having said that, wear what makes you feel comfortable and able to move into various yoga poses.
