Films that Move programs are managed by the non profit Global Exchange Arts Roundtable (GEAR). We celebrate, enjoy and organize unique arts, culture, and special events. The award-winning Films that Move celebrates its 13th year in 2025 with the annual screening in Cape Charles on August 1, 2025  when we will premiere the new short films created on location during the two week artist residency. Founded and directed by Renata Sheppard.
