Join us on Zoom for mental health guidance and fitness - we can get through this pandemic together.

Hosted by SPARK Boston, the Mattapan and Hyde Park communities, May 13 is Wellness Wednesday! From 12-1 PM, join us as we talk about mental health, provide tips and develop new habits. Speakers of this call will include Anim Aweh LCSW,LICSW,CHE and Orville E Joseph. Please be prepared to join us in a safe space with weights for a light work out.
