This "inner self / soul self" actually KNOWS MORE THAN YOUR BRAIN DOES, because what we think is not always the truth of things. Session 1 (of 7 in series):  "Stable and Rooted: The Psychology of Safe Shelter, Home & a Familiar Bed" explores how instability impacts.

<h3>How can we enhance stability for those who are without shelter or a consistent bed?</h3> My Own Bed is a conversation series designed to open up creative ideas and solutions around homelessness. Session 1 focuses on a core human development characteristic that enables human success and potential: safe shelter, the experience of home and a famliar bed. Attending special guests to be announced.Stability = Ability. And without housing, safety, or bedding stability - the potential of human beings, families and communities is impacted.We will dive deep into the value of these experiences and the impact of NOT HAVING THEM on the psyche and workforce success factors.The course builds on the Chakra energetic framework - a holistic model for human and systems health, balance and potential. <h4>COURSE CONTENT AGENDA:</h4>I.
