Our current reality is inviting all of us all to take a giant pause and reset.  How can you use this time to spread your wings and soar? Our mindset and intentions shape our reality.  What can you do to acknowledge where you are, shift your ways of being and step into your full potential as a leader?  
In this three-part series, Maame Afon and Tanya will lead you through a framework that will open a window into your thought processes and show you how they impact your realities. They will discuss how to shift limiting beliefs and build the capacity to live fully as a whole leader.

Sessions 2 and 3 will be scheduled based on participant input with the goal of finishing up the series by the end of May.
 
Maame Afon is an internationally recognized thought leader and a passionate advocate for women and girls, and a recording artist who uses music to promote social change and philanthropy. Maame Currently serves as the board chair of African Women’s Development Fund, USA and We Care Solar, and sits on the boards of other international organizations including Cocoa360, Ghana Bamboo Bikes, Days for Girls-Ghana, Street Business School, Nurturing Minds/SEGA and African Diversity and Inclusion Center (ADIC). She holds a B.A. in French and Spanish and an M.A. in human rights, gender and international development. She is the lead trainer and facilitator for MILT — (Management for Impact Leadership & Transformation) which she founded in 2017.
 
Tanya Monsef an executive coach and business consultant she designs leadership training, leads workshops, provides one-on-one coaching, and facilitates conversations for clients around the world with a focus on gender equity. As an internationally recognized leader, she speaks boldly about the power of leading from authenticity as a way to create harmony in the world. Additionally, Tanya serves in various leadership capacities, including as Former Board Chair for Global Women’s Leadership Network (GWLN), Co-Founder of SF Turkish Women’s International Network Chapter, Board of Fellows at Santa Clara University, Advisory Board for My Own Business Institute and Readability Matters.  Additionally, she is a leader in the Conscientious Capitalism Leadership program and Plan C Advisors.
