30 Days of Self Connection

Angie Louthan is a Transformational Life Coach, Intuitive Artist, & Reiki Master who is helping people change the relationship they have with themselves.  She uses art with clients as a tool for self discovery, personal development, and helping people get out of their own way so that they can create the life they truly desire.Angie was a preschool teacher for a few short years and was reminded of the power of learning and creating through play, curiosity, courage, and experimentation. She realized that this was much of the way she was living her life but hadn't given herself the permission to do this with art. Angie began by bringing in a childlike wonder into painting and discovered a new way to express herself, connect with her internal guidance system, and follow her intuition.Angie has since began designing intuitive art classes to give clients a safe place to explore, experiment, follow their curiosity, play, let go of judgement, trust themselves more, and take brave action.Guests come to class feeling welcomed, included, engaged, and a part of the present community.  They leave the class with a new sense of freedom, possibility, insight, peace, aliveness, and transformation that they then carry into other parts of their lives.

The real question is how do we go about uncovering, accessing, and applying it to our daily lives?Join me for a unique creative experience, 30 days of short video lessons, journal prompts, art projects, guided visualization, mediation audios, play dates, pleasure, self-care invitations, and more! This month long program will be a collage of varying teachings, tools, and processes that you will receive in an email every morning. The month starts out with ways to set yourself up for a juicy month of self pauses that will take anywhere from 10-30 minutes a day. Creating space to self connect is vital to our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well being.
