Christina Sirgun has been teaching kundalini yoga for 18 years. She was trained and certified as a Kundalini yoga teacher with the Kundalini Research Institute at Golden Bridge Yoga. She designs curriculum to bring yoga and meditation tools and techniques to students in a school setting. Christina Sirgun currently teaches Kundalini adult classes and workshops on line and live in Nevada County, California.

Yoga, meditation, and an Ayurvedic lifestyle are the trifecta of vitality, wellness, and joy in life. These classes teach you how to incorporate the teachings and techniques fluidly into your daily routines.

<p>A full Kundalini Yoga set for beginners to advanced adults. Modification descriptions are built into the class instruction, as needed. The full class begins with a tune-in, warm up, pranayama (breathing exercises), kriya (yoga postures and movements), mediation, deep relaxation, closing.</p>

<p>A class from my YouTube Channel that I recorded for my students on March 19, 2020. This is the pt 2 of the class with some breathing exercises (pranayama and warm ups). This is an example of my teaching style.</p>
