This group workshop acknowledges the anxiety, fear, and grief due to COVID-19. By understanding our physiological responses, we can learn to manage our responses in this unsettling time. Together we will work to ground ourselves and envision what comes next.

Rhonda Wheatley is a multidisciplinary artist, educator, energy healer, and intuitive reader whose projects are grounded in the speculative and metaphysical.
