<h2>About the Presenter:</h2>Sofia Bonnet Hollis is a multi-cultural Human Resources executive with vast experience in leading organizations in constant transformation. As Global Diversity Director at IBM, she focuses on driving a progressive agenda regarding equality, to provide access and representation to diverse constituencies like Women, Minorities, LGBT+, People with Disabilities and other dimensions (intersectionality). Sofia is also writer and has published two books about raising twins while being a working mother, in Spanish (Dos), and in English (Twins: Seeing Double). She has a BS in Psychology, a Masters in Human Resources, and speaks 4 languages (English, Spanish, French and Portuguese).
