The New York Women’s Chamber of Commerce (NYWCC),established in 2002, is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to assisting women and other disadvantaged minorities achieve success and economic independence through small business, micro-enterprise ownership and self-employment. Furthermore, NYWCC advocates for and actively works to create equal and fair business opportunities fostering an environment that nurtures the growth of women and minority-owned businesses in the city and state of New York.NYWCCis the only chamber of commerce in the city of New York that provides direct business development services to small businesses and microenterprises through its Minority and Women Business Center and its Women’s Microenterprise Institute. Both the MWBE Center and the Micro-enterprise Institute have been successfully operating since 2005.

Continuation of the Entrepreneurship Program - Adapting Your Business in the Current Times

We have re-launched on-line sessions with business experts to provide you with educational tools and guidance that can help you re-create and adapt your business for sustainability during COVID-19 environment. We recognize a need to focus on two main areas: •	How to pivot your business to address the current needs?•	How do you start and run your business during AND after the quarantine? If you attended the sessions before, you know the fabulousness of our facilitator, Malla Haridat. Malla will be back along with a few other business experts including our very own Anna Rodriguez who will be answering all questions related to the disaster recovery loans. (Yes we are creating a safe space so you can ask the questions that you REALLY need to be answered). While we don&#x27;t profess to have all of the answers, we know that the team at the Chamber can support you and your business during this uncertain time. So whether you wanted to start a business or grow your current business, join us so you can ensure you are ready for your business&#x27; next steps.
