Join us for our First 6-Week Grief Workshop, designed to offer meaningful grief support and care over the holidays.

We know first hand that the holiday season is a challenging time for all of us grieving. It can be filled with reminders of loved ones and traditions that may feel difficult to continue. We believe we are better together, and being amongst a community that “GETS IT” during this timeframe can offer a bit HOPE. In our ongoing effort to provide meaningful and supportive experiences, we are launching our Premier Grief Workshop: “Holding your Hand Through The Holidays”. This 6 week - workshop will be led by Certified Grief Educator Michelle Montgomery (Trained by David Kessler). It will offer a safe and compassionate space where you can share your experiences, connect with others facing similar emotions, and explore ways to honor your feelings while coping with the season's demands. Each week will have a discussion topic related to experiencing the holidays, i.e., Self-care through the holidays, Embracing your support community, Creating new holiday traditions, and MORE. Two Healing Art Experiences will also be included (1 in November &amp; 1 in December). Light refreshments will be provided. This workshop will also include aromatherapy for a Grief Blend as well as an art project to remember your loved one. Wednesdays: 6-8PM PST in Irvine (11/6-12/11) At the Beautiful Colab Space. Class enrollment fee will be $175 (for all 6 classes) and includes all materials and supplies for the course. **Attendance will be capped at 15 people.**Adults 18 and up required for course (No Children)**No pets allowed in the facilities
