The Maitreya Meditation is  a global peace effort to re-establish the truth that there is a presence to each human being beyond the mind.

Most often, one just exists as a mind, one is never present. In this state of mind, one is unaware of the existence of others and of one&#x27;s own presence. When one only exists in the mind, one doesn&#x27;t exist in reality, and one misses the demands of life and the life one is here to live out. Dhyan Vimal has identified this as one of the root causes of human misery and the conflict of this modern time.The Maitreya Meditation was created by Dhyan Vimal as a global peace effort to re-establish the truth that there is a presence to each human being beyond the existence of the mind.This meditation is an exercise to be freed of the mind, and to provoke the state of being to come alive. This presence can only come alive when one acknowledges the presence of another human being. In that, the one who acknowledges comes into existence and that is the being, which is the true state of oneself.The Maitreya Meditation is based on the ABC-technique which Dhyan Vimal developed 20 years ago. This meditation is a precondition to undertaking the 18 Rites of Awakening programme. This is a virtual event.
